Shapeshifter was my first full end-to-end product design journey. It started as an AI-powered job portal for individuals, where I designed the platform from scratch and ran usability tests to improve onboarding, reducing drop-offs by 32%. The portal offered personalized job recommendations, career insights, AI-guided preparation, and tailored resources to help people in their career journey.

Over time, we realized a bigger opportunity in supporting career coaches who manage many clients. I led the pivot by redesigning workflows for coaches instead of individual seekers, making the product more intuitive and improving trial-to-paid conversions.

This shift turned Shapeshifter into what it is today: an AI platform that helps coaches handle the entire workflow of job search, networking, goal tracking, and progress reporting, so the coaches can save time and increase client success.
